**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards by connecting to multiple data sources including **Databricks and Excel spreadsheets**.
- Collaborate closely with business users to gather and understand data visualization requirements.
- Present multiple dashboard layout options to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and finalize the design.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performance-optimized, and meet business KPIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards as business needs evolve.
Required skills and experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.




- Experience working with **Databricks** and Excel as data sources.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired skill:
Experience in the **Health and Safety** and/or **Sustainability** domains is a strong asset.
