As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy in North America:
- Qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns
- Set up discovery meetings for Sales Executives
- Attend conferences in the region
- Track progress and maintain data in CRM
- Provide market feedback to refine messaging and pipeline-building strategies
- Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (completed within the past 18 months) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, team-player, and results-driven
