**Business Systems Support**
We are seeking a specialist in logistics systems support to ensure the efficient operation of our technology platforms related to supply chain and inventory managemen. This role is essential in supporting operational teams and resolving technical issues that impact product delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to users of logistics systems (WASS)
- Identify and resolve system errors, outages, or data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to improve processes
- Document support procedures, configurations, and best practices
- Participate in testing of new functionalities, updates, and deployments
- Train end users on the use of technological tools
- Escalate critical issues to vendors or internal technical teams
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- 2+ years of experience providing technical support within logistics environments
- Proficient in Excel with intermediate-advanced macro programming skills
- Functional knowledge of Power Apps, including use of connectors, formulas, and interface design
- Experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining automotive labeling using BarTender software
- knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Knowledge of MSSQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
Web and Mobile Programming (Intermediate Level)
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, PHP, VBScript
