Assist in different projects, tasks, and activities of the Process Engineering department, performing research, monitoring, testing, and delivering technical reports.
- Perform standard time studies, develop line balancing, and analyze assembly line capacities.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Support process simulations, flow diagrams, and documentation
- Participate in testing and validation of process modifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Conduct research on equipment and tools and deliver technical reports.
- Follow up on suggestions for continuous improvement.
