**Senior Client Experience Supervisor**
**Location**: Tijuana, Baja California (on-site)
**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and operational excellence. As a Senior Client Experience Supervisor, you will play a vital role in optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and enhancing client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee complex client service operations from intake to resolution
- Supervise internal coordination across departments and monitor case milestones
- Ensure quality standards in communications, timelines, and documentation
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and propose service improvements
- Lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Communications, or similar field
- Minimum 7 years of experience supervising large teams or handling complex operations




- High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Expert-level Excel and collaboration tool skills
- Valid U.S. visa and SENTRI (preferred)
- Must live in Tijuana
**What We Offer**:
- Monthly net salary: $50,000 - $60,000 MXN _(negotiable based on experience and qualifications)_
