**Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify leads and escalate to onshore counterparts.
- Support negotiations of logistics contracts.
- Update reports and dashboards using Excel.
- Meet productivity goals.
**Requirements**:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in activities related to contract negotiations, problem solving and customer communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office 365.
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
