**A Day in the Life as a Maquila Coordinator**:
Reporting to the Maquila Leader, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of four coordinators, working closely with Marketing to ensure the efficient execution of production plans. This role combines strategic planning, negotiation, and operational coordination to ensure maquilas meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- ** Maquila management**: Review maquila data sheets (FDM), quotations, and validate purchase orders (ODC).
- ** Supply control**: Oversee maquila supplies, including those managed by maquilas and those purchased by Marketing.
- ** Negotiation**:



Align deadlines with Marketing and maquila providers, ensuring production plans are met.
- ** Planning and follow-up**: Design production plans, manage inventories, and coordinate the receipt of maquilated materials.
- ** Safety and quality**: Ensure a safe work environment and meet safety, quality, and environmental objectives.

- ** Requirements**: A completed bachelor’s degree and experience in operations.
