**The Program**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, document, and monitor continuous improvement projects within the supply chain
- Collect and document departmental performance metrics
- Update warehouse operating procedures and process flow diagrams
- Lead and participate in self-directed team projects (PDCA/DMAIC)
- Coordinate and organize the implementation of training programs for warehouse processes
- Support compliance-related processes for certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEA-CTPAT
Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree between **June 202**6**.
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field**.**
Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English level
