Good experience with enterprise level telephony infrastructure
Mandatory Skills - Cisco Voice & Amazon Connect
Secondary skills - Routing & Switching
Provide level 4 support to telephony services.
Audiocodes Mediant SBC install, configuration and deployment.
In depth knowledge of SIP protocol.
Able to troubleshoot complex telephony scenarios involving QoS, routing and switching protocols.
Intermediate conversational English
