We are currently seeking a **dedicated and responsible Dispatcher** to join our growing security team. The **Dispatcher** plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily security services by overseeing communication between guards, clients, and management.
This is a fast-paced position idóneo for individuals who are proactive, organized, and able to remain calm under pressure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage all incoming calls, incidents, and client requests
- Track and dispatch field security personnel using radios and GPS systems
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and incidents
- Coordinate responses to emergencies or urgent situations promptly
- Serve as the communication bridge between guards and management
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
**Qualifications**:Must be able to work **flexible hours**, including **weekends and holidays**, if needed
**Shift Details**:
- **Evening Shift**: 2 PM - 10 PM
Pay: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
