We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
QA Lead to Provide functional work flows, test data, and support to Performance testing
Effectively collaborate and communicate and builds rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors
Support UAT, including obtaining official sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production
Champion agility and improvement in test process
Facilitate complex group meetings and conducts information gathering sessions with groups across IT offshore teams
Own Quality and Technical Agreements, may lead or support Supplier and Distributor Audits, and Quality review meetings
Is accountable for all quality KPIs for the Germany country cluster, and other countries within EMEA, as required
As an active member of Shire Integral QA Community, contribute to develop and strengthen Shire global quality management systems, and provide flexible support to Shire business both at the country cluster level and global level
Test new development on all marketplace products
Work closely with CX & UX team to make sure code meets defined product requirementsStrong ETL knowledge and good knowledge in testing tools like SSRS,SSIS ,PowerBI,Power Apps and Power Automate
