We are looking for a talented and experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our team and take part in key financial decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure full tax compliance (ISR, IVA, DIOT, etc.).
- File monthly and annual tax returns with SAT.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow.
- Analyze budget variances and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).




- **5+ years** of proven experience in accounting and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws and IFRS.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel, or similar).
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- **Preferred**: Experience in logistics, transportation, or industrial companies.
