**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Project Tracking and Coordination: Intake and manage project and client-focused Inclusive Design engagements.
- Resource Development + Management: Support the creation and management of digital and physical resources - presentations, webpages and facilitation tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to develop and distribute marketing collateral.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Inclusive Design Lead and greater IE+MDS team as needed.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain marketing files and databases.

Your expertise with content creation and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing collateral is created and distributed efficiently. You are adept at designing and formatting presentations and handling data management tasks. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to work both independently and as part of a team make you an invaluable asset. Additionally, your familiarity with design software and project management tools further enhances your ability to support the Inclusive Design Lead and interior designers in expanding our Inclusive Design practice.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other industry standard design tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Mural, Miro, etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Passion and understanding of Inclusive Design and/or accessibility
- Experience in Graphic Design




- Ability to develop design concepts and translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and presentations
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create cohesive and impactful designs.
- Work cross functionally to get things done in an entreprenurial and hands-on way
- Exemplary organization and attention to detail
- Collaborative spirit, able to partner with a wide range of people at all levels and across different cultures and to act with inclusion, credibility and diplomacy
