**Tasks And Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing and informing major policy trends that may impact biosolutions agenda development in the country.
- Monitor, track and assessment of political developments, legislative initiatives and the activities of government departments, institutions, think-tanks and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
- Strengthen alliances with relevant associations and targeted tier one stakeholders.
- Support overall activities related to the Public Affairs Roadmap implementation for Latin America and Mexico.
- Attend relevant business-forums and events presentations of general interest in collaboration with the academic and political communities.
- Foster relationship and drive the operational work with relevant Embassies.
- Support internal high-level visits with agenda preparation and practicalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Strategy and the Country Manager on issues advocacy plan and projects in line with Public Affairs priorities targets.
- Elaborate monthly report of general activities.
- University degree (Law, Public Administration, Political Science).
- Desirable master’s or post graduate degree (Law or Public Policy / Political Science).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations or similar.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Country legislative process, public administration and compliance.
- Experience dealing with political engagements and outreach at regional level.
