**Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable project delivery
- Own the end-to-end business analysis process, driving alignment between stakeholders and ensuring business goals are met
- Mentor and guide Business Analysts and team members to enhance their delivery capabilities and foster professional growth
- Identify risks early, perform risk assessments, and lead the development and implementation of mitigation strategies
- Proactively monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement action plans to maintain momentum and meet deadlines
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Regularly communicate with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and clear resolution plans for any challenges
- Facilitate and lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical specs
- Oversee documentation of project objectives, progress, lessons learned, and maintenance of comprehensive project records
- Continuously refine processes and implement best practices to improve team efficiency, foster collaboration, and provide greater transparency for stakeholders
- Evaluate current tools and methodologies, recommending and implementing updates to optimize team performance and project execution
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
- Proven expertise in E-Commerce,



with a deep understanding of related technical, operational, and business aspects
- Extensive experience in Jira and Miro for agile project management, with advanced abilities to create, optimize, and manage requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business needs into cohesive technical documentation
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, excelling at stakeholder management, team collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of driving team success and fostering a collaborative environment
- Highly skilled problem-solver, able to anticipate and address challenges to maintain project momentum and quality
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
**Nice to have**
- Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris Commerce)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), providing added value for integration considerations
