We are seeking a skilled **Lead DevOps Engineer** with expertise in DevSecOps to improve our products and advance security and deployment efficiency in cloud and containerized environments.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and configure Azure DevOps pipelines to enhance CI/CD workflows
- Automate deployments to Kubernetes clusters on AKS and EKS
- Implement DORA metrics to measure deployment performance and frequency
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to design scalable and secure solutions
- Use Octopus Deploy to coordinate and simplify release workflows
- Deploy and manage infrastructure securely across AWS and Azure ecosystems
- Optimize cloud resources for scalability and maintainability in EC2 and Azure setups
- Advance DevSecOps practices across departments
- Diagnose and remediation of system vulnerabilities to minimize risks
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in related roles such as DevOps or DevSecOps
- Knowledge of YAML for scripting and automation tasks
- Background in Kubernetes (AKS, EKS) covering deployment and best security practices
- Proficiency in AWS (EC2) and Azure for secure infrastructure management
- Expertise in GitLab, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy for optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Capability to incorporate DORA metrics into pipeline configurations
- Strong understanding of automated deployment frameworks and hands-free setups

- Familiarity with ADO Source Control and Pipelines
