We are currently seeking a Senior Production Artist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Production Artist at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality visual materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and executing production strategies to create high-quality visual materials for various media.
- Leading the design and production of graphics, layouts, and other visual elements for print and digital platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Mentoring and guiding junior production artists, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Driving the development of design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into production strategies.
- Contributing to the overall visual identity of the company through effective design and production management.
Your Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in graphic design and production, with a proven track record of creating high-quality visual materials.
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g.,



Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
