Logistics Coordinator I
- Location: Mexico City_
We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a key role with emphasis in managing temperature excursion and coordinating IP (investigational product) destruction activities. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support with tracking of temperature excursions by reviewing that all the information received is accurate and ensure everything is submitted properly- Support with the request for import licenses in collaboration with the local IPM/LC team- Under the oversight of the IPM ensures the day-to-day processing of CSU IP inventory as per local SOPs and procedures- Monitor IP tracking tables (IPTTs) or CSMS (Clinical Supply Management System) to ensure ongoing completion by monitoring teams by shipment and receipt, return and destruction- Ensures the information is complete as per local SOPs and audit ready
Your Profile:




- Bachelor's degree- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Advanced English (reading / speaking / writing)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
