**Industrial Engineer**
**Qualifications**:
- **_ Education:_** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- **_ Experience: _**Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- **_ Skills: _**Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- **_ Technical Proficiency: _**Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methodologies.
- **_ Communication:_** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- **_ Leadership: _**Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- **_ Project Management:_** Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body in white section, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- **_ Process Optimization:_** Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- **_ Technical Leadership:



_**Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the BiW team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **_ Collaboration: _**Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- **_ Compliance:_** Ensure all processes adhere to company' standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- **_ Resource Planning: _**Develop and manage resource plans to support project execution and process improvements effectively.
- **_ Data Analysis:_** Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- **_ Reporting: _**Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, process improvements, and key performance indicators to senior management.
**Job Type**:Onsite - temporary contract until December 31th, with possible extention depending the performance.
**Work Location**:Monterrey
**Salary**:$76,000 gross.
