**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate and coach leaders regarding Human Resources policies and processes
- Provide support and coaching to leaders in performance management and employee talent development.
- Handle conflicts, complaints, and/or issues in the work environment, as well as questions from employees related to their employment at PIP / HSP.
- Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis that promote culture and business performance improvement.
- Assist in implementing cultural changes within the organization to achieve expected behaviors and results aligned with business’ expectations and functional transformation.
- Work on programs for development and organizational design to make operations more productive.
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes related to professional and technical positions.
- Actively participate in local, national, and general Human Resources projects.
- Update job descriptions, policies, and procedures to ensure appropriate management of human capital.
- Participate in human resource planning to anticipate future staffing needs and ensure timely staffing delivery.
- Promote and implement employee recognition activities.
- Propose and coordinate the implementation of programs aimed at reducing turnover and absenteeism.
- Continuously monitor communication with employees to ensure that information is understood and applied according to PIP's standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly required statistical indicators reports (HR KPI’s).
- Execute the merit planning cycle and the employee performance evaluation process.
- Monitor the work environment using different tools, creating action plans for continuous improvement.
- Conduct Gemba walks on-site to encourage communication and accessibility of Human Resources to staff.
- Participate daily in tier meetings with multifunctional teams.
- Coordinate traditional celebrations to maintain motivation and employees’ sense of belonging to the company.
- Generate and/or modify procedures according to the organization's needs or as required by different applicable standards and/or regulations.
- Adhere to safety, health, environmental, labor rules, as well as codes of conduct and behaviors, etc.

- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security, and related labor regulations and laws of Mexico. Handling of labor cases.
