**NetSuite Management**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Configuration and customization of the system.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing support to system users, especially the accounting team.
- Analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements or automations within NetSuite.
- Designing and developing workflows, scripts, and custom reports.
- Overseeing system updates and ensuring successful implementation.
- Training end-users on system functionalities.
- Creating company-specific manuals and user guides.
- Administration and support of the NetSuite platform.
- Designing and implementing improvements and adjustments in NetSuite modules.
- Reconfigurations and adjustments based on business needs.
- Support, development, and administration of the Oracle NetSuite platform.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **C1 level English proficiency (mandatory) - both Written and Spoken**:
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** working with NetSuite, including configurations, customizations, and support (mandatory)
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Knowledge in configuring ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.
- Proficiency in generating advanced reports.
- **Desirable**:
- NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant)
- Previous experience working with accounting or financial teams
