**JOB SUMMARY**:
Lead and guide the respective Quality Engineering section to operate with a high level of efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **In-depth knowledge of applicable ISO standards**:
- ISO 14644 (Parts 1 and 2)
- ISO 14698 (Biocontamination)
- ISO 17141 (Microbiological control)
- VDA 19 / ISO 16232 (Technical cleanliness in automotive)
- **Experience in the design, operation, and validation of cleanrooms**:
- Classification of clean areas
- Airflows (laminar/turbulent)
- Pressure, temperature, and humidity differentials
- **Mastery of environmental monitoring techniques**:
- Particle counters




- Microbiological sampling (air, surfaces, personnel)
- Analysis of residues and non-viable particles
- **Knowledge in technical cleanliness**:
- Extraction methods (washing, ultrasound, filtration)
- Gravimetric and microscopic analysis
- Interpretation of results according to VDA 19 / ISO 16232
- **Risk management and contamination control**:
- HACCP, QRM, FMEA
- Cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Validation of cleaning processes
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Skill in training personnel in cleanroom best practices (GMP, gowning, etc.)
- Handling of internal and external audits (FDA, ISO, clients)
- Data analysis and preparation of technical reportsTechnical English (reading standards, writing reports)
