**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis & Visualization**:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
- Help design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Support the documentation of data models, metrics, and reporting procedures.
**IT Support & Operations**:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of employee workstations and peripherals.
- Help manage user accounts and permissions within our systems (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Contribute to IT documentation and assist with inventory management of IT assets.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $7,400.00 - $9,300.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
**Experience**:
- Power BI: 1 year (preferred)
