Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Supervise the daily compliance of production breads, ensuring the continuous flow of rework, penetrant and x-rays of the different divisions. Leading daily tasks to the personnel in charge; reinforcing the compliance to the Health and Safety and Internal Work Regulations, as well as to the applicable procedures and manuals.
- Assign tasks and give general and/or specific instructions to each employee in charge.
- Compliance with safety regulations and internal work regulations.
- Ensure that each employee is working with the corresponding documentation and plan.
- Supervise the flow of the operation in its different stages, ensuring that quality standards and delivery times are met.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules (Regulations)
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the 6s + FOD culture with the personnel in charge.
- Perform LPA's authorizations and action plan to improve processes.
- Promote the professional development of employees.
- Capacity analysis, balancing and adjustment to production plans to meet KPI's.




- Fast execution and flexibility to changes due to production needs.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (required).
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supervisory positions.
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies..
- Must have production manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, engineering principles, and business units.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours and shifts, as needed.
