**Industrial Engineer**
**Qualifications**:

- _**Experience**:_Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process management, preferably within the automotive industry.

- _**Technical Proficiency**:_Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methodologies.
- _**Communication**:_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- _**Leadership**:_Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _**Project Management**:_ Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body in white section, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- _**Process Optimization**:_ Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- _**Technical Leadership**:_Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the BiW team,



fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- _**Collaboration**:_Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- _**Compliance**:_ Ensure all processes adhere to Volvo Trucks' standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- _**Resource Planning**:_Develop and manage resource plans to support project execution and process improvements effectively.
- _**Data Analysis**:_ Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- _**Reporting**:_Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, process improvements, and key performance indicators to senior management.
**Job Type**:Onsite - temporary contract until December 31th, with possible extention depending the performance.

**Salary**:$76,000 gross.
