Role Overview Kiewit Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide deskside and remote support to employees, subsidiaries, partners, and contractors. The role supports implementing Kiewit Technology Group policies and procedures.
What You Will Do Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems and equipment, provide support to end-users, administer user accounts, and monitor network systems.

3+ years of experience in IT support or related field

Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking protocols and hardware
Experience with ticketing system - ServiceNow (desirable)
Knowledge of audiovisual technology in video conference rooms (desirable)
Excellent customer service
Oral and written communication in English and Spanish
