**About this opportunity**:

We’re looking for a Junior Telecom Site CAD Designer who is passionate, eager to learn, and thrives on solving real-world infrastructure challenges with creativity and precision.
In this exciting position, you will be directly involved in on-site surveys, digital site design, site configurations, and documentation. You’ll also support commissioning and integration activities while gaining hands-on experience in high-impact telco projects.

What you will do**:
- Digitally design and draw site architectural plans using CAD tools
- Conduct drone-based site validations for accurate field data collection
- Configure and document site-specific setups and layouts
- Plan and organize activities across different telecom site projects
- Execute, report, and close tasks within project timelines

The skills you bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Intermediate English proficiency (Spanish is required)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools
**Nice to Have (Plus)**
- Experience with Revit
- Familiarity with Jira
- Previous exposure to telecom infrastructure projects
