**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- **Client Portfolio Management** - Oversee and analyze client portfolios to identify strategic and improvement opportunities.
- **Income Processing** - Ensure accurate registration of income in financial and accounting systems.
- **Discount Validation** - Review and validate discounts applied, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Account Reconciliation** - Detect and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable efficiently.
- **Credit Note Management** - Prepare and manage credit notes in a timely manner, following procedures.




- **Collections Issue Resolution** - Act promptly to resolve delays or issues in the collection process.
- **Process Optimization** - Identify and propose improvements to operational processes for greater efficiency.
- **Reporting** - Generate and analyze relevant reports to support decision-making.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- **Education**:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years in credit and collections, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- **Language Skills**:
Advanced English proficiency.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Advanced Excel
- ERP systems knowledge
- Power BI proficiency
- **Knowledge Requirements**:
- Administrative and accounting terminology
- Credit and collections management
- Client account reconciliation
- Collection forecasting and estimation
- Use of company portals for accounts receivable
