**Senior Pega Developer**
**We will count on you to**:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize Pega PRPC, Workflow, and Decisioning rules to support business processes.
- Manage database interactions and ensure data integrity using SQL.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
