**Security Staff - Virgin Voyages**:
At Virgin Voyages, our Sailors (guests) should feel safe, free, and have fun. That’s where our **Security Team** comes in. You’ll keep things secure, professional, and always with the Virgin vibe.
**Your Job**:
- ** Check luggage & access**: Use X-ray machines and scanners to inspect bags and control access.
- ** Spot risks early**: Identify issues like too much drinking, drug use, or conflicts before they escalate.
- ** Stay calm under pressure**: Handle problems quickly without breaking the flow of fun.
- ** Work as a team**: Support other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**What We Need**:
- Strong background in **security** at luxury resorts or high-end hotels. 5+ years of experience in hotels, resorts or highly paced environments.
- Experience with **alcohol and drug control**.
- Skilled at using **X-ray machines and inspection tools**.
- Able to read people, prevent issues, and resolve conflicts.
- English: intermediate to advanced.
- Calm, professional, approachable — even in tough situations.
