Responsible for coordinating and interacting with multiple disciplines across the business towards proper utilization and integration for ERP system and Customs adherence. Provides process guidance with support from the Business Systems team. Must be a process point of contact with Customs, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Control, Engineering Systems, Quality Control, IT, Procurement, Material Managers, Production Schedulers, Supplier Schedulers, Inventory Control and Logistics on business process adherence.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for auditing critical integral businesses processes needed to support business objectives and strategies in all functional areas of the business and escalate process issues and responsibilities to the appropriate teams.
- Audit phase-in/phase-out planning.
- Responsible for coordinating standardization of processes enabled by IT solutions to achieve business efficiencies and critical business capabilities across business unit, customs reporting, and supply chain.
- Responsible to audit metrics and tools to drive standardization of processes, enabled by IT solutions, to achieve business efficiencies and critical business capabilities across the business unit and supply chain.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to efficiently and consistently support execution of standard scheduling and material planning processes and facilitate the creation and implementation of those tools.
- Audit standard best practices and standard operating procedures across the business with ownership of material planning and scheduling processes to optimize inventory and meet customer service levels, balanced with efficient manufacturing operations.




- Engage with Business Systems team to ensure defined business processes leverage best practices and meet the true needs of each organization. Serve as point of contact for assigned business leaders. Identify and secure approval of key business leaders and stakeholders for business processes and scope of work.
- Responsible for auditing documentation of standard business roles centrally and within plants to support process standardization across all functions.
- Create presentations and effectively communicate reasons for process changes as well as details of new processes for full buy-in from the business across all levels and functional areas of the business.
- Facilitate on boarding general training of new team members on business processes, ensuring use of standard processes, metrics and tools.
- Audit the management and utilization of the tools required to ensure full compliance with all processes developed. Identify and facilitate resolution of all data anomalies across the supply chain network through troubleshooting activities.
- Audit custom IT programming and solutions based on a variety of business needs across all functional areas, with an emphasis on supplier scheduling, inventory control and Customs.
- Maintains effective working relationship and communication with ADTI plants and other functional areas related to internal processes, Mexico customs brokers, and consultants.
- Travel 0%-20% of the time.

**Education and/or Experience**:
- Require Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or above in supply chain / operation management required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience is required..
- ERP experience required with MACPAC experience being preferred.
- Understand all functional areas of ERP including custom queries, part master, physical inventory, customs, supply chain, procurement, inventory accounting, inventory control, material management, logistics, manufacturing engineering, product engineering and development of custom reports.
- Must have experience identifying and troubleshooting data anomalies in ERP system. Experience with Mexico customs, stage-gate/phase-gate development processes and project management is preferred.
