What You’ll Do Work closely with portfolio companies to drive improvements and create value
Lead complex transaction processes from start to finish
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Mexico and Latin America
Mentor and support junior team members
What You Need MBA from a top-tier program preferred; relevant experience considered
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
4-7 years of experience in growth equity or private equity




Proven track record of successful private equity transactions
Experience working with management teams
Fluent in English and Spanish
