Requirements

Experience in medical case management, insurance, or legal support.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient data confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
High school diploma or equivalent.
