**Your role**:
- Support the local implementation of the Compliance Program
- Monitor compliance with national and international regulations
- Assist in conducting internal investigations, compliance risk assessments, and audits
- Lead or support due diligence processes for new customers and third-party intermediaries (e.g., distributors, consultants), including background checks, risk classification, and documentation review
- Review and approve business partner engagements, sponsorships, donations, and interactions with healthcare organization and healthcare professionals
- Provide clear and engaging presentations and training sessions to employees and relevant third parties on compliance topics
- Provide compliance training to employees and relevant third parties
- Draft, review, and update local policies and procedures in line with global compliance programs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices
- Support local reporting and documentation for transparency, monitoring, and internal controls
**Your expertise**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, internal audit,



regulatory affairs—preferably within the healthcare or medical devices sector
- Solid understanding of compliance topics: anti-bribery/anti-corruption/ antitrust/ AML, healthcare professional interactions, third-party risks, transparency obligations, etc.
- Familiarity with Mexican regulations relevant to the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital compliance tools and platforms
- Experience working in or with multinational companies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across countries and cultures
