**Location**:Monterrey, Actual León (Hybrid with 3-4 days/week Onsite)
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Create compelling job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives through social media content management and event coordination.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR partners and other stakeholders to support business needs.
- Participate in process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources or a related role. Experience recruiting in other countries in Latin America is highly preferred.
- ** Must be fluent in English and Spanish,
with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to communicate with stakeholders in a multi-language environment.**
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and utilizing behavioral interview techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools, Workday experience preferred.
- Proficiency in employer branding strategies and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to foster connections within the industry.
