About the Role
- We are seeking a dedicated **Level 3 TA** to provide classroom and small group support in **Year 4 and Year 5**. Your role will include:
- Supporting **whole-class learning** alongside the teacher
- Helping pupils with **differentiated activities** to meet individual needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement within lessons
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification** (or equivalent)
- Experience working in **KS2** environments
- Ability to deliver **interventions** and **support SEN learners**
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
