We are seeking a talented HubSpot Technician to join our team. Requirements: Manage and optimize our HubSpot account (Marketing Hub and CRM)
Set up and enhance workflows, automation, forms, email campaigns, and landing pages
Integrate HubSpot with other tools used by the firm
Create dashboards and reports for KPIs
Support sales and marketing teams to use HubSpot effectively
Ensure campaigns are executed properly in English and Spanish




Propose data-driven strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance
Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and segmentation strategies
Preferred: Experience working remotely with marketing or sales teams
Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
