We are looking for a **Project Manager Jr** who will manage a team of three salespeople and coordinate multiple projects at once, based in Guadalajara. This person will be hands-on in daily operations, supporting deliveries, service sales, and administrative tasks. They will be responsible for solving issues related to installations and deliveries, proposing local solutions, and building strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Additionally, they will lead weekly internal meetings and ensure consistent follow-up with all stakeholders and project managers**.**
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Lead the implementation of commercial furniture projects, managing planning and execution for everything sold by the sales team.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client for coordinating deliveries and installations, while ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and installation teams.
- Develop and manage execution plans including Gantt charts, supply phase development, risk
- matrices, and maintain close collaboration with architects and designers.
- Serve as the link between the end customer and all commercial activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and issue tracking (e.g., delays, non-U.S. products).Oversee post-sales processes including administrative tasks (invoicing and collections), project closure follow-up, and services such as transportation, logistics, warehousing, migrations, and maintenance.
This role is based 60% in the office and 40% in the field,



offering a dynamic mix of planning and hands-on execution. Gasoline vouchers are provided as part of the benefits package to support field activities**.**
**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Design, or a related field, with 1-3 years of professional experience in project management or implementation.
- Intermediate conversational English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and with international teams.
- Solid understanding of architectural and design language, with experience collaborating directly with architects and designers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with AutoCAD, including the ability to read and interpret plans (dimensions, scales, layouts).Strong knowledge of the commercial furniture industry and business operations, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
