We’re expanding our **remote LATAM sales team** and hiring **motivated B2B sales professionals** who speak **fluent English** and have experience with **cold calling** and **digital marketing**.
**What You’ll Do**
- Sell B2B digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Google Ads) to small business owners in North America
- Handle Cold leads - we provide pre-qualified prospects
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Close deals and earn generous commissions backed by a top-notch fulfillment team
**Compensation**
- **Base Salary: Up to $25,000 USD/year**:
- **Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses**:

**You’re a Good Fit If You Have**
- **1+ year of B2B or outbound sales experience**:
- **Cold calling experience (a must)**:
- Strong communication skills in **English (C1/C2)**:
- Familiarity with digital marketing basics (Google Ads, SEO, SEM) It's a PLUS!
- Self-motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset
- Your own laptop or desktop (8GB+ RAM) and stable internet connection
