- **Mexico Project Engineer.**_
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Familiarity with the project processes of new product introduction in the manufacturing industry.
- 1-2 years experience in NPI project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Procurement.
- Meeting Management: Organize and lead regular project meetings. Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through from all teams.
- Risk Management:



Proactively identify potential project risks and issues. Support the development of mitigation plans and escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Documentation & Reporting: Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare clear and concise project status reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and management reviews.
- Process Adherence: Support and help ensure adherence to the established NPI process (such as Phase-Gate reviews), guiding the project from prototype through to successful mass production launch.
- Issue Resolution: Work with teams to investigate and resolve issues related to design, manufacturing, quality, or components that arise during the NPI process.
- Engineering Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in project areas.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (native level) is mandatory. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and Chinese as well.
