**Position Overview**:
For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the identification of process improvement and digital transformation opportunities through basic process analysis and data collection.
- Assist in documenting processes (process maps, standard operating procedures) under guidance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using the foundational Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Collaborate on improvement projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within cross-functional teams.
- Help develop and integrate Low-Code solutions (Power Apps, Mendix),



Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA/RDA).
- Coordinate process optimization workshops alongside senior consultants and team leaders.
- Contribute to defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within assigned teams and areas.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation (internships or entry-level roles included).
- Basic understanding of agile project management methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.
- Introductory knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, SIPOC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in multicultural or international environments is desirable.
