We are looking for a Sales & Credit Analyst to join our growing team. In this position, you will be speaking directly with customers in the United States, reviewing their credit history, analyzing risk factors, and ensuring clear and professional communication. What You’ll Do:
Contact U.S. clients by phone to review and verify credit information.
Analyze financial data and credit reports to determine risk levels.
Provide accurate assessments and recommendations to management.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Advanced English (spoken and written) - a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in finance, call centers, or customer service is a plus (not required).
Comfortable working with numbers and sensitive information.
