**Mission & Outcomes**:As a Freight Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the efficient flow of goods (inbound and outbound), ensuring shipments are processed, tracked, and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and optimize logistics operations. Your role is critical to supporting U.S. operations and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and reliably.
**Responsibilities and Role**:
- Process transfer orders and shipments accurately through NetSuite ERP and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and update shipment status in NetSuite, proactively communicating updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and other transportation providers, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and maintain accurate freight documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.




- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers, providing shipment updates, resolving inquiries, and ensuring excellent service.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and enhance efficiency within the supply chain.
- 1-3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of freight documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Gmail, and ERP/TMS systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel to the U.S. occasionally.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly.

**Compensation**: This is a contractor position, with compensation ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 per month depending on experience. The role includes a $150/month healthcare stipend, 12 days of paid time off annually, and all U.S. holidays observed by onshore FloWater employees.
