Only A Click Digital Marketing is hiring a Sales Support & Lead Coordinator (Remote - LATAM) to oversee our sales process, manage lead flow, and support the success of our phone sales team. This is a remote, full-time position idóneo for someone with sales leadership experience, a passion for structure, and the ability to coach a high-performing team.
You’ll be responsible for organizing leads, ensuring follow-through, tracking performance, and coaching sales reps to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and organize incoming sales leads and assign them to the right sales reps
Ensure timely and professional follow-up via CRM and automation tools
Track sales calls and provide feedback to improve rep performance
Coach, support, and hold the sales team accountable to daily/weekly goals
Analyze sales metrics and report on team performance
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
Support the sales and marketing teams with operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
1+ year of phone sales or sales management experience required
Strong leadership and coaching skills




Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Familiarity with CRMs or ability to learn quickly
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Full-time availability during standard U.S. business hours
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience in digital marketing, funnels, or lead nurturing
Performance reporting and sales analytics experience
Compensation & Benefits:
$900-$1000 USD/month, depending on experience
