Are you an experienced **Project Manager** eager to work with a dynamic, innovative team in a global environment? VIVA Railings, an industry leader in architectural railing solutions, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team remotely from Mexico. **Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with U.S.based teams, including production, design, and installation, to align project timelines, resources, and goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.




- Utilize project management software (experience with **CMIC** is a plus) to maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders, and report on project progress.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, promote best practices, and improve project efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or architectural projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours to facilitate coordination with the main office.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish required
