**What you will do**:
- Configure and adjust pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, and other SMT equipment.
- Implement and execute visual and automatic inspection procedures (AOI, SPI) to verify component and solder quality.
- Verification and validation of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing PCBAs.
- Label creation programming and barcodes.
- Works under moderate supervision to provide technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks.
- Performs moderately complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
- Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
- Create and modify work instructions and visual aids.
**Qualifications you must have**:
- Experience in SMT equipment programming (pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, AOI, laser etch, etc.).
- Knowledge of electronic design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, Cadence, etc.).
- Familiar with Stencil Design using Gerbers, CAD, and other design tools.
- Visa and travel availability.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechatronic or industrial engineering graduate or studies in related field.
- Experience using Corel Draw, CSI, or designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Measuring instruments knowledge.
- Experience using SolidWorks.
- Experience in new equipment implementation or equipment transfer.
- Proactive and sense of urgency.
