- To provide continuity, expertise and support in program delivery from “cradle to grave” from or prior to
through implementation at the plant site and the
milestone
- Study product specific feasibility and optimization, leading the product interface discussions with their Product Development counterparts
- Study new program content, requirements and processes
- Define, write and allocate all new process sheets
- Program implementation at the plant - deliver tooling and facilities on time for new model launches
- Assist in the development of overall program strategy, seeing it through to delivery
- Define quality and process improvement actions compared to current model
