**About the Role**
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team handling inbound calls for internet services. As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding your team to meet and exceed goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving consistent growth._
**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise and coach a team of Internet Sales Specialists
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to achieve KPIs
- Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Create a positive, motivating work environment
- Report daily results and strategies to management
**What We Offer**

- Fixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Starting November, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Daylight saving time)
