Cold Summer Records is seeking an experienced Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote basis. The label works primarily with Afrobeats music artists who are up and coming and developing within the US and Africa.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as a social media manager and content creator.
- Previous experience working within the music industry or with artists is highly desirable.
- Excellent graphic design skills, use of Canva and Adobe are essential.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Previous experience in community building and development on social media platforms.
- Strong brand awareness and understanding.




- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time and be productive.
- Stable internet connection
**Role**:
- Create and develop content for artists branding, including graphic design, designing flyers, promotional assets for merchandise etc.
- Create and edit videos for social media using existing assets.
- Post regular updates to all social media outlets
- Engage with the community and fans on the social media pages
- Grow the audience through natural expansion
- Increase followers naturally.
