**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage production, materials, health & safety, and quality control across the value stream
- Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies using lean principles
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards
- Support quality assurance initiatives and drive operational improvements
- Allocate resources, approve overtime, and manage work schedules
- Monitor team performance and implement development plans
- Facilitate internal communications and knowledge sharing
- Champion change management and innovation across operations
**What You Bring**:
- Short-cycle tertiary education or equivalent
- 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management




- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions
- Experience in health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Adaptive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to negotiate, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure
